Over Report It Sought to Hire Author of Trump Dossier
Sen. Chuck Grassley (AP)
By Mark Swanson | Monday, 06 Mar 2017 03:41 PM

Sen. Chuck Grassley on Monday sent a letter to FBI Director James Comey about the agency's reported interest in hiring the former British spy responsible for an unverified dossier about President Donald Trump, the Washington Examiner reports.

The top Republican on the Judiciary Committee isn't waiting to find out if the report is true or not – he wants to Comey to come clean.

"The idea that the FBI and associates of the Clinton campaign would pay Mr. Steele to investigate the Republican nominee for president in the run-up to the election raises substantial questions about the FBI's independence from politics, as well as the Obama administration's use of law enforcement and intelligence agencies for political ends," Grassley wrote in the letter to Comey, the Examiner reported.

Christopher Steele was the author of the still unverified dossier who Democrats hired to provide opposition research on Trump.

The Iowa Republican seeks "records related to the reported agreement" and wants to know whose decision it was to hire Steele.

Trump just not throw that out as a wild card.
He felt confident enough to expose it to the sunlight

And here yet again, folks, we have an outstanding instance of the Village
Idiot not at all understanding the very linked article that he himself
submits.
Do prove me wrong, Village Idiot, by quoting from your very own linked
article here the sentence that mentions "Trump was telling the truth about
bieng bugged all along."

wups...and there again goes the Village Idiot (of course with "mutual
agreement") executing yet another Intellectual Coward ploy to run away from
the issue once more, of course with his tail splendidly held between his
legs, back into that deep dark disgraceful hole of his under his rock!

mentioning The Whining Donald throwing anything out.
Are you the Village Idiot making your comments just to entertain us by
showing just how lousy your command of English is?

Why, Village Idiot, with your despicable as can be English still in this
country?

YIKES! Just look at the Village Idiot again (of course with "mutual
agreement") run away again from the issue by doing another Intellectual
Coward ploy, of course with his tail tight as can be between his legs, back
into that deep dorky hole of his under his rock!
