Court decision is blow to Vinod Khosla and other wealthy
landowners seeking to buy renowned beaches, making public land
private

Khosla has already said in the past that he will appeal
this as high as the Supreme Court if he loses lower court
rulings.

Justice has not been served IMO, because the beach has
been inaccessible to the public except theoretically by boat
or submarine or helicopter or parachute since 2010.
That's a whole teenaged cycle of kids who would have
wanted to surf on what is regarded as the best surfing
beach in the county.

A little info on Mr. Khosla. He is an Indian immigrant, born in New
Delhi, presumably still an Indian citizen, and I believe a naturalized
American. Obama dined at his home in 2013, three years after Khosla
locked the gate which gave the public access to the beach. "Khosla, a
green guru, now a well-known figure in Washington DC circles, is
obviously in with the Democratic Party."

Public access to the shore is California law. He has
been denying public access to Martin's beach for seven
years with the aid of clever lawyers.

Inviting people to your house is not public access.

Do you have no powers of reason at all? All you
have to offer is obfuscation, over and over and over.

If he is a hateful billionaire psychopath, what is Obama doing having
dinner with him three years after the court battle began? I believe
Harry Reid was there, too. Gosh, have you contacted Harry to complain?
Kinda looks like those big shot Dems are all a bunch of psycho beach
stealers!
