One of the city’s top education officials was busted in
Wisconsin on charges he used a computer to facilitate a child
sex crime, according to police.

David A. Hay — schools Chancellor Richard A. Carranza’s deputy
chief of staff — was arrested at an airport in Milwaukee Sunday
as part of an undercover investigation, said a spokesman for
police in Neenah, Wis.

Hay, who made $166,156 last fiscal year, will be fired and has
been removed from the city’s payroll, Education Department
spokeswoman Miranda Barbot said.

“These allegations are incredibly disturbing and absolutely
unacceptable,” Barbot said. "We referred this to the Special
Commissioner of Investigation and we will fully comply with any
investigation.”

Hay had no regular contact with children in his job at a central
office, officials said.

Investigators nabbed Hay "following an ongoing undercover
Internet Crimes Against Children Investigation” with assistance
from the Milwaukee County Sherriff, Neenah police said.

He was booked at the Winnebago County Jail.

The allegations appear to indicate that police suspect Hay of
contacting a minor for sex. Under Wisconsin state law, using a
computer to facilitate a sex crime means “us[ing] a computerized
communication system to communicate with an individual who the
actor believes or has reason to believe has not attained the age
of 16 years with intent to have sexual contact or sexual
intercourse with the individual.”

Police said the investigation is ongoing.

Hay, who began working at the Education Department in 2016, was
a high school teacher and principal in Wisconsin from 2005-2014,
according to his LinkedIn page.

He received a doctorate in education from Harvard University,
and served as a special assistant and organizational director
for former Chancellor Carmen Fariña before taking over his
current position in October 2018.

Mayor de Blasio’s office declined to comment.

Yet another Obama/Biden voter who will have to vote for Democrats with a
mail in ballot from a prison cell.

It's telling when the Democrats constituency is can't vote at the
precinct where they live because they're doing 5 to 10 in the State prison.

And he's NOT just any criminal this is a criminal who targets children
to steal the only thing children actually have and that's their
innocence. Marxist-Democrat educators that run the schools and are
supposed to educate the kids. Now it peeks through that they're
manipulating the children and they do it so well that they can
manipulate them into believing and doing things they shouldn't.

That's karma

Banning guns and de-funding police won't lower crime if you follow the
Democrats Rhetoric. *And their very own Democrat actions confirm* that
even *they believe they're lying* since they're doing the opposite *to*
*reduce any crimes "you" might commit against the Government* that they
control and apparently they *believe guns and fences and police* *will*
*protect* them from your crime and violence. So why won't those same
things protect you from crime and violence?
