That number is the largest drop among yearly decreases since Zumper
began tracking in 2014 as well as the first time the median price of a
one-bedroom in San Francisco was priced below $3,000.
A one bedroom? No wonder California has a homeless problem.
Think that's bad -- try to buy something in San Francisco.
Here's a 1 Bedroom, 1 bath 883 sq ft condo ... $1,185,000.
On the other hand ... a 4 Bedroom, 2,447 sq ft house in Houston ...
People are leaving California mainly for this reason, although in some
areas crime is also a factor.
